Mary Smith is the President & CEO of Splash. Mary comes to the role as a 20-year veteran of Realogy Holdings Corp, serving in numerous capacities along the way. In their previous role as senior vice president of Splash, Smith focused on brand development and market share development strategy. They are a member of both the RTTNA and the PSCRA.
Lucia Hernandez has a diverse professional background spanning several industries and decades. Their current role is Director of Strategy where they are building the Technova innovation and strategy lab. They have focused on strategic financial analysis as well as operational efficiency and implementation. Previously they ran corporate and operational FP&A for Cloudshift and led operational business management and financial strategy at Conflix across various divisions.
